I am not sure about his sword, what’s with those weird colors? I tried to make it look like a changing energy sword(kind of worked out).

After almost a year of not releasing anything, I got off my lazy bum, and did some PSA work…

Move over, Yoshi! Let a REAL dinosaur do the fighting.

So well, the layout is simple, it’s just a flat ground with small elevated parts on the sides, only grababble from the outside.

It comes in 2 sizes, you can see the difference between them here:

The sky isn’t different between versions, it changes color during the match, that’s why they look different.

So you can switch between those 2 sizes, you can select if you want those 2 statues on the background or not, and you can also decide if Grunty’s flies on the background once in the match, or if she never appears.

Grunty can be seen once in a match, and she’s not 3D, but a 2D composition of sprites similar to the pokemon in Pokemon Black and White. I started this stage before importing was possible, and that was my way to take Grunty into scene. Future versions will feature her original 3D model.

The last option you can select is if you want the jiggy intro from Banjo-Kazooie, or you want no intro at all. It’s a short transition before the start of the match, not annoying at all, but you can select not to have it anyway.

I’ve been making some imports even when i was supposed to be gone, and released some time ago; so here’s a late blogpost about them.

From left to right goes:

-Deku Link, from majora’s mask, on toon link, pretty basic import, actually a lazy one to be honest

-Poison, from tekken VS street fighter, on peach, a perfect rig using a “new” method i found out, i’ll link to it at the end of this post, it is way too optimized, because i play project M, and they have stricter size limits… so sorry for that.

-Liquid Snake, from metal gear solid: the twin snakes, on Snake obviously, another perfect rig, his model is very low poly, and his texture looks kinda meh, anyone willing to improve it is welcome, just collab me.

-Augus, from Asura’s wrath, on Ike, simple import, shoulders mess up because of ike’s odd animations…

-Asura, from Asura’s wrath, on Captain Falcon, basic import, not much to say about…

NONE OF THESE IMPORTS HAVE EXPRESSIONS.
