Hi, Mewtwo2000 here. I’m finally posting the Peach’s Castle stage. It’s complete enough for me, detailed enough, and I need to make some other stages and not only this one.
Well, this is one stage, but it’s just like at least 10 different stages. I’ve made many of the parts of this place playable, so you can choose the one you like most. I’m gonna give a small description of all of them just below.
Standard version:
The original planned version, the place in the first picture, in front of the bridge, with the castle in the background. A walkoff stage with a small higher part in the middle. There’s also one version with no water in the pool.

Bridge version:
Similar in appearance, but really different to play. Again, in front of the castle, but on the bridge. You can fall into water, but you may not be able to get back. Just get drowned if that happens, and come back to kick your opponents off the bridge. Some characters may fall to hard and die even with water in the pound. It’s a small spot you must fight for to keep.

Side versions:
These should be called ‘right side’ versions. They are 3, in the same place. The difference is the water in the pound. While side and side-water allow to fight in the lower part, the side-swim version has too much water to walk on there, and you swim in the water. If you don’t get out of there, you will get drowned and will die.

Roof version:
This one is played on a reducted version of the castle, similar to what Melee had in some Peach’s Castle stage you sure know. It doesn’t mean to be like the melee version, the tower is really higher, and is mostly thought for 2 vs 2 matches, with a wall in the middle. You can always go to the other side, of course. Also, you can see the courtyard from there.

Cross version:
This one is similar to the standard one. It’s in front of the castle, but with a small angle. You can walk on the wooden bridge, and see the waterfall in the background. A bigger version is included, you can go from side to side in that one. You can literally run across the whole stage.

RoofBack version:
This one is similar to the roof version, only that there’s no tower in the middle. Still on a reducted version of the stage, but this time facing the opposite. You can see the 1ups and the wing cap block from here. They’re a little small, like the castle itself. That’s why a original size version has been included, labelled as roofback_100. The stage feels really big this way.

Courtyard versions:
As said before, the courtyard is included in the stage by default. The 2 playable versions of the courtyard are here too, only that boos aren’t there anymore, but the rest of the castle area is. Same gameplay, probably more lag. Just for those who love to pause and see the stage as a whole.

Pipe versions:
Pipe spot and pipe cannon are the two versions including the pipe mario uses to reach the castle in SM64. In the first one, the area is small, with walls on the sides, and you can enter the pipe. The other one is just a little bigger, and the angle used makes possible to go from the pipe to the cannon. You can also go to swim, but that’s not recommended when you’re trying to win the match. The castle isn’t seen while playing and the lag seems to not be there even with 4 pokemon trainers.

Left side version:
Finally, another flat version, with a different view of the castle. It’s seen from the left side, with most of the stage in view.

These are all the playable versions of the stage. In the future, I’ll make and post another one that switches between some of these, on a flying platform similar to delphino plaza and other custom stages like my mario circuit. But let me rest first, I want to make other stages in the meanwhile.
By the way, this is not really another version of the Peach’s castle grounds, but a new and updated version of the Smash Bros 64 Peach’s castle. The old 2D background has been replaced with the new stage:

I will update this with new textures matching the ones in the real castle. For now, I guess this is cool enough. You can find it as the ‘SSB64′ version of the stage.
Here’s the vault entry:

Well, but this is not all. I want to leave you some stuff if you want to use some of the versions of the stage over the same slot. I’ve prepared these codes, which you can add with the GCT Fusionizer to your own gct file. Click on the name to download.
ASL Code: Add this one first. It’s the code that enables the Alternate Stage Loader in the NTSC-U brawl. Needs one of the next files to work.
2x Jungle Japes: If you add this code once the ASL Code has been inserted, you will get 2 stages when hitting Jungle Japes. If you press R+A, you will enter STGDXGARDEN_A.pac. If you press L+A, you will enter STGDXGARDEN_B.pac
7x Jungle Japes: If you add this one instead, the number of stages over Jungle Japes will be 7. The combos are: R+A, L+A, L+R+A, Z+A, X+A, Y+A, X+Y+A. If you’re not using a compatible controller, one of the 7 versions will drop randomly.
If you want something similar, or customized for any other stage, just tell, I include them here if I think they’re interesting. I mean, if you port the stage with a rel file and you’re sure it works over that slot when ported, just post how many possibilities you want and I’ll post the code to use with the GCT Fusionizer. If you’re already using the ASL Code, you can send me your gct file via PM (forums) and I’ll insert you the code you need, one of these 2 or another.
This is it. Hope you like the stage. If you edit something in the stage, please don’t publish it. It has been a lot of work and I only ask that in response. Well, see ya later xP

I feel like since this doesn’t appear to have been asked the answer must be common knowledge, buuuut…Is it possible to make this(or any other stage) work with Castle Siege’s transition system? If so, is it as simple as replacing the individual Castle Siege .PAC files and rels, or does it require some additional work? We’ve seen that it’s possible for the CS transition system to be used in custom stages through Lensho’s Subspace 2 stage, but very little attention seems to have come to the concept since then, which leaves me confused.
The links to your multi stage loaders is broken :S
Um the two jungle jape links are broken.
Actually, all the links don’t work.
