This is the texture (by Zephron and Bardack), and model (Revised by multiple team members, mostly by Akari Un). Expect a moveset release in the near future. For now, have some fun with your new character. You know the drill.
Though some move shown in the video, such as Aether and Great Aether (etc.), are in fact Ike’s own moves, be assured that Cloud’s moveset is Not complete at the moment. Thus showing moves that were not changed/psa’ed correctly. The video was made before the final move-set could be tweaked and finalized. Currently Shukaku and Canon are creating the last moves for Cloud as well as fixing any bugs/glitches/choppiness if seen in the video. So don’t fret, there will be a completed version in the near future.

We’re looking to fix the “sword returns back to normal Ike sword during UpSpecial” issue in v2 . Other glitches can be reported in the forums, and will be addressed as well.
